LOOKOUT Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Returns

• Accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Must be unused, with original packaging and all components.
• Proof of purchase required.
• No returns for used or tampered products.
• Initiate a return by emailing support@getalookout.com.

2. Refunds

• Following inspection, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable; original shipping cost may be deducted.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges allowed only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Submit your claim within 14 days, with photos or video if possible.
• Contact us at support@getalookout.com to begin the process.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error.
• Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment.
• Ship only to the approved return address provided by support.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items not purchased via GetALookout.com or an authorized reseller
• Returns beyond the 30-day window
• Installed, modified, or damaged products
• Custom or special-order items
• International orders unless defective upon arrival

What We Offer

• Repair using new or refurbished parts
• Replacement with a product of equal or greater value
• Refund, if applicable

Claim Procedure

Email us at support@getalookout.com with:

• Proof of purchase
• Serial number
• Issue description + photo/video evidence

Exclusions

• Misuse, neglect, accident, or abuse
• Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
• Environmental corrosion unless caused by a defect

Limitation of Liability

LOOKOUT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or vessel.
