Important Notice
PURCHASING AND/OR ACCEPTING THIS PACKAGE AND/OR USING LOOKOUT PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE BEING IN POSSESSION OF ANY LOOKOUT PRODUCT OR SERVICE, REPRESENTS YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (these "Terms") apply to the purchase and sale of products by Clear View, Inc., doing business as Lookout (“Lookout,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) through www.GetaLookout.com (the "Site").
These Terms are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion and without prior written notice. The most current version will always be posted on this Site, and you should review these Terms before making any purchase. The version in effect at the time your order is submitted will apply.
These Terms form part of the Website Terms of Use. You should also review our Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Section 1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Lookout. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any order. Orders are acknowledged on the Site, but acceptance occurs only once you receive a confirmation email from Lookout.
You may request cancellation before shipment by contacting Customer Care at mayday@GetALookout.com. Cancellation fees may apply.
Section 2. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order email. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling charges, which will be itemized at checkout.
You represent and warrant that payment information you provide is true, correct, and authorized, and that charges will be honored by your payment provider.
Section 3. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
Shipping and handling will be as specified at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only, and Lookout is not liable for delays.
Section 4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are permitted within thirty (30) days of receipt with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Returns beyond 30 days are at Lookout’s sole discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must include all items, accessories, and original packaging.

Section 5. Limited Warranty
Lookout provides a limited one (1) year warranty for products and a ninety (90) day warranty for included accessories, subject to exclusions and limitations. Full warranty terms are available at www.GetaLookout.com/warranty.
Except as expressly provided, Lookout disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Section 6. Warranty Claims
All warranty claims require an RMA. Contact Lookout Customer Care at mayday@GetALookout.com.
Section 7. Products Not for Resale or Export
Products purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold or exported in violation of U.S. law.
Section 8. Intellectual Property
All software and intellectual property rights remain the property of Lookout. Products are licensed, not sold. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms constitute the final and integrated agreement between you and Lookout. By purchasing, accepting, or using Lookout products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
